Job Description

The HRIS Analyst provides daily maintenance and support of integrated ADP HRIS systems. Systems include HR, payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and talent acquisition. The Analyst also designs and delivers scheduled and ad hoc reports. HRIS Analyst will be responsible for all systems in their current state and be a part of a Workday implementation.  

  • Support day-to-day end user experience with HRIS systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.
  • Create and run quarterly, monthly and ad hoc reports to support the business, including our corporate headquarters in Australia.
  • Maintain all system integrations. 
  • Support the company’s performance management system, including weekly upload of information, troubleshooting and resolving issues. 
  • Configure, test and execute online annual compensation planning.
  • Maintain user security for all HRIS systems.
  • Assist with government reporting requirements.
  • Meeting all project deadlines and go-live dates.
  • Use existing systems (ADP, eTime, SmartRecruiter, Clickboarding) and monitor for enhancements and efficiency improvements on continual basis. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business
  • 1+ years of relevant systems experience
  • configuration experience, preferably ADP & Workday
  • Report writing expertise, preferably ADP & Workday
  • Demonstrate an understanding of HR, Payroll, and Benefits functions and data

Skills: 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros) to include proficiency in spreadsheet analysis
