Job Description

The Builder Services Manager can be located at any VP location or Kansas City. 

Provide outstanding customer service to Brand Builders by thorough and consistent order clarification and project management to achieve successful projects while maintaining or increasing sold margin and providing exemplary customer service for projects after shipment.

  • Insure Project Clarification produces a comprehensive accurate building model for all projects.
  • Project Management discipline to maintain agreed to schedules while insuring project margins are maintained or improved.
  • Post shipment customer service to insure that projects are erected properly and that all field related issues are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.  Goal is complete Builder and owner satisfaction with in-place product.
  • Manage Clarification and Project Management organization to insure that all BBNA policies are adhered to and that risk on all projects is mitigated through cooperative coordination between all BBNA disciplines.  Balance the workload for comprehensive benefit of all Brand Project Managers and Clarifiers.  Insure Project Managers and Clarifiers across the Brand are utilizing consistent tools and processes.
  • Develop a complete, consistent and accurate project model that allows production Engineering to have an achievable schedule.
  • Proactively address all quality issues to achieve a fair and equitable resolution for BBNA and the Builders.
  • Assist as necessary in addressing any credit issues to make sure that BBNA is paid within assigned terms at minimal risk

Qualifications

Minimum:
•    10 years-experience managing customer service and Project Management functions 
•    Knowledge of all BBNA policies and procedures related to Project Management, Project Clarification, Response to Field Issues
•    Knowledge of Production Engineering, Manufacturing and Scheduling processes


Preferred:
•    College Degree in Engineering, Business or other related field
