Job Description

Come join our Team!  We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to deliver support to Manufacturing, Human Resources, Safety and Finance in a fast-paced environment. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately review and prepare hourly manufacturing payroll via ADP on a bi-weekly basis in a timely manner.
  • Review and correct all timecard entries. 
  • Assist employees in viewing paychecks online and answering any questions.
  • Track and process payroll deductions.
  • Manage pay records for proper coding and payment of wages.
  • Track employee attendance in ADP-issuing disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls. 
  • Greet visitors to ensure proper sign-in.  When appropriate, ensure all PPE is available and prepared for visitors.
  • Update communications on the monitors and bulletin boards throughout the office and manufacturing areas.
  • Assist in recruitment, job fairs, scheduling interviews and candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with New Hire onboarding.
  • Review compensation data including quarterly and annual PFP payouts.
  • Perform miscellaneous filing for HR, Finance and Safety.
  • Support Vendor management programs to include uniforms, vending services, Safety Boot Program and Office Supplies.
  • Assist with employee welfare programs.  
  • Maintain Scrap Log by matching individual load tickets to the consolidated Scrap Resources Report.
  • Create, track and maintain all cards for door and time clocks.
  • Administer and track Maintenance programs.  
  • Other such duties as may be assigned. 

Qualifications

Minimum Education, Experience and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years Payroll experience OR 1 year HR experience to include payroll processing.
  • High degree of judgement and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a Team environment.
  • Strong Oral and Written Communication skills.
  • Ability to create effective working relationships with internal and external customers of all levels.
