Job Description

The Builder Engagement Manager works with a list of key builders by creating highly pro-active engagement strategies for integrated marketing campaigns and builder programs to drive business. The Manager creates content that provides in-depth knowledge of the company’s systems, tools and products.  They create and cultivate relationships with builders to create a marketing partnership. The Builder Engagement Manager evaluates builderships holistically to determine deficiencies and create programs to help builders solve problems. The Manager creates marketing campaign programs that can be used with multiple builders (templated) and manages execution of campaigns, in conjunction with the builder, from start to completion. They also manage vendors and internal resources to develop marketing campaigns.

  • Consult with builders, either in person, via web, phone or any other communication tool available to formulate and execute a marketing strategy to generate leads and close sales.
  • Create programs and compelling content designed to increase builder knowledge of our systems, tools and products, and in turn, inspire them to maximize their partnership with the company.
  • Manage internal and external resources to develop of campaign elements.
  • Assist marketing team in related projects.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • 4 years of marketing experience representing a brand or brands that sell products to other businesses
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing best practices

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, social media or a related field
  • Client focused experience, i.e., agency account service
  • Experience working with a dealer network
  • Accountability for incremental sales/market share increases
