Job Description

The Salesforce Administrator & Business Analyst is the functional owner of the Salesforce system and works with Brand Sales and Marketing leaders to translate business requirements into insights, tools and reporting to inform decisions and strategies using the Salesforce platform. 

Salesforce system management including, but not limited to:

· Develop Salesforce system architecture and development roadmap

· Manage Salesforce daily maintenance

· Lead prioritized business requirements collection, UAT and system implementation

· Research emerging technology, marketing trends and proactively adopt

· Ensure data integrity across brands (are we collecting data consistently), share and implement enhancements between brands and duplication management between brands

· Develop and coordinate business processes for best use of Salesforce platform

· Manage strategic projects and ensure project deliverables are on time and within budget

· Serve as primary contact for extended Salesforce project team to ensure work is integrated with existing functionality

· Implement enhancements (new fields on an object, calculated field for report, etc.)

· Provide escalation point for discounting questions from brand administrators and troubleshoot errors from system integrations

Qualifications

Minimum:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or other related field OR 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree

· 5 years of Salesforce administration experience

· Project Management experience

· Experience working with and manipulating data; hands-on experience with relational and      non-relational databases

· Experience translating data results into actionable business insights

· Experience translating numbers and insights into a story

 

Preferred:

· Experience with Salesforce code development

· Experience developing code in Python, R, and SQL

· Experience with advanced analytics tools such as SAS, R, and MS Access
