Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support to BBNA internal and external customers
  • Provide clear and cordial communication to internal and external customers
  • Ensure that standard BBNA hardware and software is being maintained and in working condition as required
  • Ensure that all requests are completed to customer satisfaction
  • Document resolutions to requests for future reference
  • Recognize and report developing trends in the support process and technologies
  • Mobile phone procurement, configuration, and user support
  • System Controls Audit

Qualifications

Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Education & Experience Qualifications

3-5 years working experience with the following:

  • High level of experienced with wiring structured for voice and data
  • Understanding of Windows 7,8.1,10, Office 2016 and Office 365
  • Prior experience  working with:
    •  Hardware, software distribution and anti-virus tools
    • Java, SUA, IDSE and access control programs
    • Multifunctional printers
    • Telephone switchboard
    • Active Directory and Windows Server
  • Experienced with IT controls
  • Direct contact  with external  suppliers
  • Basic understanding  of  Linux and Cisco 

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Customer focus
  • Self-starter who manages their work with less than average manager involvement
  • Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible with changes to priorities
  • Willingness to accurately and consistently track IT assets
