The Sales Service Representative is responsible for three to five District Manager territories within the Southern region, in Builder development of product, process, pricing and systems knowledge. The Sales Service Representative facilitates project development and coordination as well as leading meetings and presentations with Builders, prospective clients and Architectural Engineering firms.  

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive the development of a high-performance builder organization focused on achieving product, market share and sales goals (margin and revenue dollars) within assigned territories through targeted training on our products and systems.
• Coordinate and manage Builders and Architectural Engineering Firms in project development to position VP Buildings to be in better position to acquire the work.
• Develop and conduct local training seminars and webinars.
• Assure customers/builders have technical expertise for optimization and pricing of VP buildings solutions.

Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years of technical sales experience or product knowledge

Preferred Education & Experience Qualifications

• Basic understanding of construction industry
• VP Command expertise
• Presentation skills and experience

Technical Skills & Competencies

• PC competence (including Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to read construction drawings
