Lead a technical group of employees who will develop code and provide technical support in adherence of BlueScope Buildings North America standards, policies and procedures.  Managing and mentoring skilled professionals.  Communicate clearly in both verbal and written communications specific results that provide workable feedback to technical teams and management on test results.  Proactively research, learn and apply new technology and or methods to solve assigned tasks.  Lead and participate in formal unit testing and or integration testing for BBNA deliverables as assigned by management or required by project/system.  Independently utilize professional discretion to achieve project goals with minimal oversight from management.  Publish and organize testing results for consumption by all BBNA stakeholders.

Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business or other related field
• 5 years of experience in quality assurance and or professional development experience.  
• Proficient experience with project planning, execution and continuous improvement.
