Primary Duties & Responsibilities 

• Lead groups of technical employees who will develop code and provide technical support in adherence of BBNA standards, policies and procedures
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers
• Managing and mentoring skilled professions
• Proactively research, learn, and apply new technology and or methods to solve assigned tasks
• Participate in formal Unit and or Integration testing for Customer Solutions Deliverables as assigned by management, or required by project
• Communicate clearly in both written and verbal communications specific process logic that solve assigned business problems

Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree 
•  5-7 years Logic Based and or Web Development Experience
• Proficient in learning and communicating developing technology and techniques
• A demonstrable high-level of proficiency with project planning and execution

Preferred Education & Experience Qualifications

•  Degree in Computer Science or Related Technical Field (Preferred) 
•  2+ Years of technical management experience (Preferred)
