Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist BCSS leadership and brand sales leadership to develop sales strategy plans to achieve revenue goals, objectives and targets for assigned brand builders by specific deliverable dates.
  • Understand and manage the BCSS position in the marketplace assigned relative to competitors, products and services and industry trends.
  • Work with brand sales team to develop key opportunities list within the current builder network to increase BCSS awareness and revenue.
  • In cooperation with Area/District Manager communicate the BCSS value proposition to brand builders to ensure builders awareness and revenue in Conventional sales meets target through targeted individual meeting with builders and presentations at brand sales quarterly and annual builder sales meetings.
  • Assist in recruitment of builders in alignment with company strategies from Market intelligence, driving high value builders into the network.
  • Analyze and evaluate financial and operational information to identify issues and barriers for corrective action, through utilization of weekly management dashboards; monthly financial reports; budgets; sales forecast/plans and other relevant reports

Qualifications

Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications

  • College degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or other equivalent experience
  • 5 years field sales experience

Preferred Experience Qualifications

  • Construction industry sales experience, or other experience working with or recruiting contractors or other members of the construction industry

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Thorough understanding of Conventional building products and services
  • Competent in utilizing SalesForce.com to effectively manage the Recruitment Pipeline
  • Demonstrated Business skills
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Extensive coaching and mentoring skills
  • Basic understanding of construction industry
  • PC competent (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Time Management
  • Organizational skills
  • Excellent presentation skill
