This is a fast paced work team environment focused on service to our customers to meet business needs.  Hours will be 7:30am to 4pm.  May require extra hours during the week and weekend. 

• Ensure continuous flow of truckload completions and paperwork through all shifts and weekends, as necessary
• Coordinate shipments with Builders
• Secure dependable freight carriers
• Estimate freight rates
• Interact with internal and external customers

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent.  College degree preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE: 

• Shipping or Traffic environment experience. 

SKILLS REQUIRED: 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and achieve deadlines
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and an ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to a changing landscape
