Job Description

The Sales function is to message the company brand through relationships in the marketplace, effective materials and systems and strong presentation of project solutions.  The BDM role supports this mission through active lead generation, nurturing existing and creating new relationships and diligently qualifying leads into profitable project opportunities. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

​​​​​​​Read and interpret construction documents 

Identify project opportunities 

Develop, nurture and manage client relationships 

Advocate project opportunities involving BBNA products 

Communicate conceptual, budget and final estimate with client 

Assist in development of marketing strategy 

Support Corporate Account and Area/District Managers for opportunities within Brands 

Qualifications

Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications

5 years Construction sales experience 

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or business or equivalent relevant experience 

Proven track record of sales results 

Experience with Microsoft business application software (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) 

Familiarity with scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.) 

Excellent presentation and written communication skills

Preferred Education & Experience Qualifications

Experience working as a commercial general contractor 

Existing relationships within the industry 

Technical Skills & Competencies

Competent in utilizing CRM to effectively manage customer contact 

Demonstrated Business acumen 

Excellent oral and written communication skills 

Thorough understanding of construction industry 

PC competent (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) 

Time management 

Organizational skills 

Excellent presentation skills
