The Opportunity

BlueScope Distribution is looking for a Warehouse Team Member to join the Warehousing based in Unanderra ('The Hub'). BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium product. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.

Lead a balanced work life through our Monday – Friday shifts where you work day shift (6am-2pm). These are fixed shifts which allow you to plan ahead and maintain balance in your lifestyle choices. Please note, this role is not located at the Steelworks in Port Kembla. 

What Will You Do?

In a supportive team environment, you'll receive ongoing training to learn how to:

• promote and maintain a safe working environment
• ensure quality control by packing, strapping, and monitoring our steel products
• drive forklifts and operate cranes to load and unload trucks for customer delivery
• operate machinery for product processing

Previous operations or manufacturing experience is not required, what we care about is your enthusiasm to learn new skills and to go above and beyond for your fellow team members. We're looking for individuals who:
