  • Serve as a bridge between the business and technology teams (including third parties/partners), ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Collect and analyse data to reveal trends, patterns, and root causes, translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Own the creation and communication of system roadmaps, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Develop artefacts including business requirements, functional requirements, use cases, SOPs, learning materials, and interface designs.
  • Support system rollouts and upgrades, ensuring consistency, compliance, and adoption

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, with hands-on involvement in technical system administration across diverse business environments.

  • Demonstrated capability working with global or enterprise-scale technology platforms, integrating systems and processes across multiple regions and user groups.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels and geographies.

  • Experienced in process evaluation, system optimisation, and data analysis across multiple business units, functions, and countries, ensuring solutions are scalable and globally consistent.

  • Skilled at designing user-centric, accessible interfaces and enabling self-service through comprehensive documentation, training, and digital learning assets tailored for global audiences.

  • Collaborative and culturally aware, able to work effectively within global, matrixed teams and navigate time zone, language, and cultural differences to deliver shared outcomes.

  • Agile and adaptive, balancing flexibility with disciplined delivery to meet project milestones in fast-paced international environments.
