About the Role: 

As our Communication Advisor – Digital and Information, your role will involve delivering concise communications that enhance collaboration and connection, driving learning initiatives, and supporting culture change across our organisation. 

This role can be based in either our Melbourne CBD or Mascot NSW offices.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Communications Strategy:  Support the change lead to align communication plans with change initiatives. Simplify complex stakeholder engagement information into clear, consistent messaging. 

• Presentation and storytelling skills: Create strong, succinct PowerPoint presentations that bring the value of technology to life, tailored to diverse global audiences. 

• Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in collating stakeholder insights to inform business engagement and readiness approaches. 

• Learning & Development: Develop and implement programs to centralise capability uplift and learning resources for the global technology team, 

• Measurement & Data Insights: Collect and analyse data on communication reach, engagement, and effectiveness. 

• Culture Change: Weave culture change messages into communication plans to support organizational values and behaviours. 

• Campaigns & Global Connection: Manage and administer the SharePoint intranet site to foster global team connection and collaboration. 

. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Internal communications experience, preferably within technology teams or digital transformation programs 

• Experience within a large complex organisation, preferably with a global footprint. 

• High energy and adaptability with a strong ability to learn new skills quickly. 

• Experience managing & developing intranet content (SharePoint design & administration highly regarded). 

• Advanced MS PowerPoint skills  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and impact. 

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with the change lead and diverse stakeholders. 

• Analytical thinker capable of leveraging data to drive improvements. 

• Passion for fostering culture change and continuous learning within teams. 

• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently while aligning with strategic direction
