The Opportunity

Our Kiteleys business is looking for a Regional Manager – Sydney to join the team. For more than 60 years, the Kiteley’s name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW.

As the Regional Manager, you will also be responsible for monitoring and analysing market trends to identify potential opportunities for expansion. Additionally, you and your team will collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies that will drive sales and increase revenue. With your strong leadership skills, you will ensure that our team consistently delivers exceptional service and maintains our reputation as a trusted provider of steel roofing solutions.

What Will You Do?

In this role you will be:  

  • actively taking initiative to develop sales and growth opportunities in the region in partnership with the General Manager
  • handling escalated enquiries including site visits where needed
  • working with your team to plan workloads to satisfaction and requirements of the business and business output requirements ensuring quality control
  • managing a variety of subcontractors, support staff, trades etc. Overseeing the operations and maintaining safety excellence

You will bring:

  • experience working in a supervisory role
  • a commitment to your own safety and that of others
  • strong knowledge and relevant licences in roof plumbing and installation
  • a Work Cover induction card
  • demonstrated experience in safety management within the construction industry
