The Opportunity

Come and discover the opportunity to join our BlueScope Distribution business as a Warehouse Team Member at our Trade Coast site in Eagle Farm. BlueScope Distribution is a provider of single-source product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.

This opportunity will see you operate processing machinery to prepare orders for our customers, while monitoring product quality and remaining committed to your safety and that of the team. You will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of our warehouse role, allowing for future career development opportunities.

We have opportunities for day shift (flexibility within the hours of 6:00AM and 6:00PM) working Monday-Friday.

You don’t need to have experience in operating processing machinery – our thorough on-boarding process will equip you to succeed. Along with the opportunity for personal growth and development via our comprehensive in-house training you will have access to various health and wellbeing initiatives including Employment Assistance Program and Employee Real Deals. You will receive a competitive hourly wage and be eligible for our annual profit share (bonus). 

What Will You Do?

As a valued member of our Eagle Farm team, you will:

• operate processing machinery to prepare orders for our customers
• operate magnet cranes and forklifts 
• accurately pick and pack orders to prepare for customer delivery
• successfully contribute to a safe working environment
