The Opportunity
Come and discover the opportunity to join our Lysaght business in our Lyndhurst team as an Order Management Representative in the Shed Segment. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.
In this role, you will be working closely with the Customer Service function for our Shed Segment. This role plays an important part in coordinating and managing the orders coming through from the customer service department, ensuring all components are available for our consolidation team for delivery to our customer.
Success in this role comes from your ability to think outside the box, problem solve, and bring fresh ideas to the table. You’ll lead with enthusiasm and be eager to jump in and help the team when and where the need arises.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
What Will You Do?
Providing tailored solutions to our customers, you'll also be:
- interacting with our customers via phone and email managing quotes and queries
- coordinating and supporting the customer service team, assisting them with escalated customer issues
- collaborating with internal stakeholders ensuring customer expectations and requirements are met or exceeded
- coordinating and managing the end-to-end logistics process including compliance with any requirements and regulations, updating all necessary systems that manage orders
- delivering continuous improvement initiatives, creating an encouraging environment for your team to contribute ideas and support outcomes.
