Building upon the successful foundational work put in place the workplace team is responsible for the modern device management of our end user devices.

What Will You Do?

You will be responsible for modern device management; you will do this by understanding business needs and delivering a fit for purpose service to our end users.

To achieve this, you will:

  • Manage the performance from external service providers ensuring first class delivery levels
  • Oversee the technical currency of our devices, ensuring all patches, maintenance releases, upgrade paths and enhancements are completed with minimum impact to business and customers
  • Leverage knowledge management to improve remote work, boost digital adoption of M365 collaboration platforms
  • Provide input into the development of Workplace Services Technology Roadmap
  • Liaise with other IT Product owners to prioritize product capabilities that deliver optimal business benefit across the organization
  • Drive Improved Performance across our various supplier’s
  • Assist in the development of product capabilities, including documentation development (e.g., Pre-feasibility through to business case),

More About You

You will have extensive knowledge of IT Workplace Device Management, with preferred experience as a delivery leader.

You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an IT or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in device management and application technologies (Intune)
  • Extensive and demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft O365 technology and trends
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience of working with external vendors and partners.
