The Opportunity

Come and discover the opportunity to join our D365 team in our Information Technology function as a Dynamics 365 Product Lead. Information Technology at BlueScope have embarked on an exciting enterprise technology transformation, that will continue to support our business and customers now, and for the future.

The role of the D365 Product Lead is to manage the support capability for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. You will use your leadership to provide functional and technical support across the business and manage multiple external suppliers who provide service and support to the platform.

This role can be based in Wollongong NSW, Sydney NSW, Mount Waverley VIC and is open to flexible working arrangements

What Will You Do?

You will:

• Lead the Service and Support for Dynamics 365 Finance and operations including Functional support, environments, patching, change & release management across the platform
• Manage the Suppliers and Vendors involved in the end to end support of D365 Platform 
• Contribute to the D365 Product Roadmap Strategy, planning and execution
• Provide input into D365 Operational and enhancement Budget
• Provide D365 governance including developing, managing and continually improving governance processes.

More About You

With your extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Service Delivery you will have:

• In depth experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience of leading people and managing direct reports
• Proven Experience with DevOps
• A Tertiary qualification in information technology, computer science or related discipline
• Strong vendor management skills
• Experience of working within transformational environments from legacy technologies to cloud based technologies is preferred
