The Opportunity

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Kiteley’s business in our core team as an Administration and Customer Service Assistant in Cardiff, NSW. For more than 65 years, the Kiteley’s name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW.

As an administrative professional, you will be a key contributor of superior service to our valued customers. In this varied role, you will support our pricing, sales and estimating teams in co-ordinating database management, customer service and administration.

As an active member of the team, we will continue to support and develop you in the role, so you’ll grow to be valued for your outstanding attention to detail and your expertise in administration. 

What Will You Do?

Working closely with our functional teams, ensuring they are well supported to deliver results, you will:

  • co-ordinate pricing and cost data using our in-house systems
  • complete purchasing and sales order entry
  • assist our operations and trades teams with scheduling and project monitoring
  • provide support to pricing and sales teams with a variety of administration
  • have opportunity to broaden your skills while providing relief support for other members of the team

Being quick to adapt and able to juggle multiple priorities at any given time and an enjoyment working with data and systems, you will have:

  • excellent communication skills
  • strong administration and scheduling experience
  • competent computer knowledge and the ability to learn new systems
  • a service-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • a growth mindset of continuous learning and improvement for yourself and the team
