The Opportunity

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Customer Service Team in our BlueScope Building Components business as a Customer Service Representative. BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys.

Your day will see you manage enquiries received via phone and email. Liaising with customers such as homeowners and builders, you’ll be the first point of contact for BlueScope, ensuring all of our customers receive exceptional service.

You’ll join a friendly and collaborative team who are ready to help you learn our systems and products. Starting at either our Marion or Noarlunga sites to get your bearings, you’ll then enjoy the variety as you transition to work across four of our Adelaide branches.

What Will You Do?

Working in a supportive team environment, you will:

  • interact with our customers face to face and via phone and email to resolve their enquiries 
  • prepare and follow up customer quotes, whilst supporting our sales teams and branches across Australia 
  • provide internal support and regular feedback to our sales teams regarding customer and market information 
  • seek ways to improve our customer experience
