We’re excited to be creating a ‘talent community’ of both fixed-term and permanent full time Process Operators. Roles will commence throughout 2021, however we will be conducting the recruitment process in the coming weeks.

Each day, our Process Operators play an integral part in producing BlueScope’s steel for our customers ensuring that only the finest quality is delivered. They are trained to operate automated machinery working in an extremely clean and safe environment. Some of these positions will require light lifting and manual movement of product depending on role requirements. We ensure all our employees are trained and equipped with all the required safety equipment to complete these tasks safely.
Team members work a variety of 12-hour shift patterns, including a combination of day and night shifts on a 24 x 7 rotational roster. Rosters are produced 12 months in advance for your convenience and we will provide more detail on this through the recruitment process and information night.
