Come and discover the opportunity to join our Lysaght business in our R&T team as an Engineering Workshop Technician. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring we deliver superior steel products to the Australian building and construction market.  Working in a continuous production environment, you will operate machinery to create smarter solutions for our customers, while monitoring product quality and ensuring our products meet the highest standards that our customers deserve.

You‘ll be joining a well-established collaborative team that will provide on the job training and ongoing development. 

What Will You Do?

Being in a key role that impacts the safety of our people as well as the quality of our products, you will:

• carry out and document tests on new and existing products
• use pendant cranes to move product
• perform machinery maintenance and cleaning

More About You

You will bring enthusiasm, work ethic and an ability to go above and beyond for your work colleagues. Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
