The Opportunity

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Lysaght business in our Wangara team as a Data Entry Officer. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

Working within a supportive, fast-paced and customer-focused team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customer orders are entered into our ERP system accurately. This will require high attention to detail and administrative skill. This is a vital function to ensure we continue to provide premium service to our BlueScope customers.

What Will You Do?

We are a busy Production Centre and you will be confident working in a fast paced environment. With your high attention to detail, administration and computer proficiency you will excel in:

  • managing information and data
  • provide timely and accurate support to the wider operations team on all admin-based tasks
  • manage customer information through accurate data input into our internal Database
  • collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer information is correct
  • continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience and consistently improving the total value proposition
  • effectively self-manage workload and prioritize key activities
