Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor, true leader with exceptional communication and organisational skills to join our team based in Minchinbury NSW. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy office environment, demonstrate your passion for exceptional customer service, and lead a small team.

Displaying high levels of initiative along with well-developed people management skills, administration, problem solving and time management abilities, you will undertake the following:

  • Implementing continuous-improvement initiatives;
  • Ensuring that daily interaction with branch customers is of a high standard;
  • Maintaining and enhance relationships with internal and external customers;
  • Creating sales opportunities through enthusiastic and proactive selling;
  • Providing timely service to all customers, including quotes, order fulfillment and order management;
  • Coordinating orders and review availability of products, whilst supporting external sales teams and branches.
