The Electrical Graded Tradesperson, as part of the Hot Coil Processing and Dispatch (HCPD) Operations Shift team, is a key member of the Hot Mills department.

In this role, you will ensure that equipment is maintained at the required specifications to meet business requirements of safety, quality and availability.

You will be required to perform maintenance and isolation of equipment and troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems. You will also be involved in inspecting quality critical equipment & fixing any non-conformance's aimed at improving maintenance strategies.

Who are we looking for?

You will have a strong technical background and the ability to achieve outcomes through the application of skill and knowledge. You will have:

• Cert III Electrotechnology - Electrical and A Grade Electrical License;
• An understanding of safety procedures;
• A thorough understanding of electrical systems, process line equipment Including PLC’s;
• SAP Skills (desirable);
• Ability to fault find basic electrical equipment and process line automation; and
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a manufacturing team.

You will also be required to satisfy all induction requirements.
