Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and customer-centric individual to join our friendly and supportive team in Townsville in this varied role.

Reporting to the Branch Manager and working with your team members, you will be a key contact for sales and service enquiries received via phone, email and face to face. This will see you: 

  • Follow up customer quotes, deliveries and product supply levels;
  • Process customer orders in SAP via phone and email;
  • Attend to walk in customers (face to face); 
  • Work closely with the Sales Team regarding customer solutions;
  • Manage internal and external relationships; and
  • Learn new skills such as product design take-offs and estimation.

You will have a positive attitude combined with an eagerness to learn and provide exceptional customer experiences. In addition, you will have the following experience and attributes: 

  • previous experience in a busy customer service, sales or administration role;
  • effective communication and time management skills;
  • ability to problem solve and develop solutions; 
  • demonstrated computer competency to learn our systems; and
  • ability to work independently and in a team.
