Job Description

The Manager – Investigations, Ethics and Compliance role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced investigator to join BlueScope’s Ethics & Compliance team.. You will have oversight of all business-conduct investigations, promoting best-practice investigation protocols across BlueScope’s global business.

Utilising your leadership and influencing ability, you’ll lead, guide and develop these stakeholders through the investigative process, managing risk, sharing knowledge and achieving outcomes. You will also manage key relationships with external consultants as required.

Your experience — You have extensive investigations experience including running significant investigations. You will have hands-on experience in running misconduct or regulatory investigations including instances of fraud, bribery and corruption and competition. Complementing this is your knowledge of digital forensics and demonstrated drive and initiative to achieve outcomes.

Work Environment

Location is flexible (Melbourne preferred)). Domestic and overseas travel is expected.
