The Digital Transformation team aims to unlock the next wave of growth and productivity improvements across the business globally. This is a key strategic initiative and has a high level of executive support and engagement.

Work with regional teams to identify, prioritise, lead and execute a pipeline of value delivery projects across the global footprint within strategic pricing, sales and/or marketing that could be optimised through advanced analytics, visualisation and or through existing systems and technology.

Lots of people interaction. You will work closely and develop strong relationships with the sales and marketing subject matter experts, the IT teams and the digital teams globally. Utilising your leadership and influencing ability, you’ll lead, guide and develop these teams to solve identified opportunities. You will also manage key relationships with external consultants and partners to execute on the strategy.

Your experience. Tertiary qualified in strategic marketing, pricing, commerce or economics, you’ll have deep experience in strategic pricing or strategic marketing functions, ideally in a B2B environment. Your experience in the delivery of business improvement, transformation or strategic projects may have been developed within business operations or an external consulting environment.
Location is flexible (Melbourne preferred, Sydney or Singapore). Travelling domestically and overseas is expected.
