We are excited to be creating a new talent community of fixed-term Operations Team Members at our BlueScope Steelworks, based in Port Kembla and Springhill. We will be drawing from this community as soon as vacancies arise at the site.

Working across a variety of shift patterns—including day shift only, or a combination of day and night shifts—Team Members undertake important process work that requires an eye for detail and play an integral role in producing BlueScope’s steel products for our customers and ensuring that only the finest quality is delivered.

Recruitment Process
