Ranbuild, a part of BlueScope, has been supplying Sheds, Garages and Steel buildings for 70 years. Using quality BlueScope steel and brands such as Colorbond, Ranbuild enjoys an enviable market position and is recognised as a trusted brand in the supply of residential, rural and commercial steel garages and sheds.

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead a team of Customer Service Representatives that support our national dealer network. The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure that the team have the capacity and capability to provide expertise and assist our dealers. You will be required to work closely with peers in sales, engineering and supply chain.

The Customer Service Manager has to have genuine people management experience and enjoy working with their team and others in the business to drive positive commercial outcomes and importantly, client satisfaction.

Our ideal person, hopefully you, will have a history in getting the very best out of your people by fostering collaboration, engagement and respect. In the role you will be required to demonstrate all facets of people management and will need the ability to build a deep understanding of the needs of our dealer network.
