What is the role?

Our State Managers have full ownership and local autonomy in the management of a diverse business and people. They enjoy a successful market position built on an enviable portfolio of steel building brands and products of which our Colorbond ® and Zincalume® finishes are renowned. Underpinning the supply of our range in each State, is an extensive business that includes procurement manufacturing, supply chain, dealer networks, sales, service and operations.

As the State Manager for South Australia you will be responsible for the ongoing management and continuous improvement of a successful business that has genuine opportunity for growth. You will enjoy full P&L responsibility, the ability to drive State based initiatives and leverage the support of our National Leadership team, Finance, Marketing, HR, Safety and Legal experts.

Who are we looking for?

Your knowledge and executive management experience across operations and sales will be the foundations of your success, as will be your ability to lead sustained growth. We are especially interested in leaders that are passionate about their people and fostering an environment where they can thrive.

A demonstrated history in getting the very best out of your teams by fostering collaboration, engagement and innovation is mandatory. Excellence in people leadership, financial management, and sales and service, and safety is essential.
