Our Commercial team are looking to welcome a Finance Analyst. This newly created position would suit someone who has completed their degree and has already had exposure to working in a professional finance or accounting environment.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager – Markets, this is a wonderful opportunity for you to work in a supportive team who will contribute to your career development. This role will see you undertake tasks such as:

• Leading and delivering on process improvement and automation initiatives across Finance and Commercial streams;
• Partnering with key stakeholders to support business initiatives and enhance business data insights;
• Supporting the monthly business cycle (e.g. reporting and analysis of actuals, budgets and outlooks); and
• Provide financial governance and stewardship in line with company and statutory commercial requirements.

Who are we looking for?

You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification and have completed (or be in the process of completing) your CA or CPA. As someone that has already had some exposure to working in a professional finance or accounting environment, you will have:

• experience undertaking monthly accounting activities;
• good working knowledge of Excel (i.e. Pivot Tables, V Look-Ups and analysing large data sets);
• demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills; and
• a desire to develop yourself and take the next step in your career.
