Job Description

Working in an office environment within a team of seven Coordinators, you will be a key business representative to your customer portfolio on behalf of BlueScope. This will see you:

  • Provide customers real-time updates on product and service related matters;
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email and phone;
  • Identify process and system improvements and assist with implementing these; and
  • Undertake periodic site visits to meet with customers in your account portfolio.

You will regularly liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Marketing departments to collectively develop customer solutions. This will afford you invaluable exposure to multiple business streams and stakeholders, to grow your professional knowledge and experience.
