As the Branch Manager your role will encompass safety, people, P&L, sales, customer service and operations for the site. This position is an opportunity to put your skills on display and make your mark in an iconic Australian business!

This will see you undertake tasks such as:

• Lead a team of five staff with a focus on safety, employee engagement and development;
• Working with the State Manage WA, develop and execute business strategies to deliver positive financial results and improved operational outcomes;
• Undertake on-the-road sales management and business development activities 2-3 days per week; and
• Ensure branch activities meet required company and legislative requirements.

Who are we looking for?

We welcome applications from professionals with sound sales and leadership abilities. If you do not have experience managing a P&L, we can support your learning. We are looking for you to possess the following attributes:

• consultative and supportive team management style whereby you leverage the existing knowledge of your staff and look to develop skill sets further;
• previous experience executing sales management or business development activities; and
• well-developed numerical and business understanding.
