In this exciting, new role, you will oversee step changes to automate and streamline financial processes across BlueScope's Australian Steel Products (ASP) business. Reporting to the Manager Finance Transformation, your key objective will be to formulate a smarter way of working, so that employees are better able to achieve business outcomes.

Working within the finance business stream, this will see you:

• Learn the current state and requirements of business processes and procedures;
• Engage with internal stakeholders to complete process mapping and re-engineering;
• Identify, design and implement robotic process automation (RPA);
• Change the business's thinking around processes by educating internal stakeholders about automation; and
• Develop and manage the RPA work pipeline in accordance with business objectives.

Who are we looking for?

As an experienced RPA professional, you are someone who enjoys connecting and collaborating with people throughout the business, gaining a holistic understanding of process operations. You will also possess:

• a relevant bachelor's degree (e.g. business, finance or IT / computer science);
• working knowledge of UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism;
• previous experience in process mapping and an understanding of methods for process improvement; and
• programming knowledge with a passion for new technologies and RPA trends.
