Job Description

This role owns one of the most business-critical products in our portfolio — one that plays a direct role in our growth, retention, and competitive position. We're hiring a Lead Product Manager to own its strategy and roadmap, working directly with executive leadership, enterprise customers, and cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and revenue.

This is a senior, high-autonomy role reporting to the VP of Product; you will set direction with limited oversight and be accountable for outcomes.

How Success Is Measured

Outcomes for this role include Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Monthly Active Users (MAUs), and feature adoption and stickiness — alongside strengthening our competitive moat and positioning, positively influencing net-new logo growth.

What You'll Do
Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own the strategic roadmap for the product.
  • Make the roadmap accountable to the metrics above — track them closely enough to catch early when something isn't working, and reprioritize accordingly.

Technical & Design Leadership

  • Hold a strong, well-reasoned point of view on front-end design and UX quality.
  • Partner with ML engineering on model behavior and evaluation, and with backend engineering on system and data architecture, at a level of depth that shapes technical decisions.

Executive & Customer Engagement

  • Present roadmap and strategy directly to executive and C-suite stakeholders, and defend it under scrutiny.
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers and prospects, including in active sales cycles, as a credible product voice.

Enterprise GTM & Revenue Partnership

  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success on positioning, deal support, and renewals as an ongoing responsibility, not a launch handoff.
  • Bring a current point of view on engineering productivity and performance measurement in the agentic-AI era into product strategy and roadmap decisions.

Team Growth

  • Mentor product managers working in and around the product, with the opportunity to take on formal people leadership as the team scales.
  • Prior experience mentoring or managing product managers directly is a plus, though not required.

Product Craft & Rigor

  • Set the standard for product craft — problem framing, PRDs, roadmap collaboration and post-launch measurement.
  • Bring strong rigor, discipline, and process to the cross-functional team, not just to your own output.
  • Use agentic AI tools as part of your own product management workflow — research synthesis, spec drafting, roadmap analysis — and help the wider team adopt them well.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • An understanding of what it takes to sell B2B SaaS and AI products into large, regulated, or enterprise organizations.
  • A well-informed point of view on developer and agentic productivity and performance — you've used agentic tools as part of your own workflow, and have an opinion on where this is heading.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, and multi-product environments.
  • A strong, data-driven product leader who knows when to lean on data and when to lean on judgment.
  • You can understand and shape the product experience, and hold your own in a technical conversation with both engineers and executives.
