Job Description

Job Summary: 

We’re looking for a self-motivated individual and team player who shares our passion for transparency and innovative tech solutions. You will be a great fit for our team if you enjoy leading from the front, managing end-to-end, complex sales processes, trying new exciting solution-selling techniques, and coaching your own team.
 

The Sales Team is growing in our Phoenix office and we're looking for exceptional candidates that share our core competencies:

  • Resiliency and Driving success: You should be able to overcome complex and changing situations that might arise within the sales process, with optimism and positive results

  • Investigating issues: You should be solutions focused, and demonstrate examples of finding alternatives in specific situations

  • Communicating information: You should be able to set standards in professional communication and coach others on areas of improvement. 

 

Responsibilities and tasks: 

  • Full accountability for your own end to end sales pipeline including lead generation, with a consultative and solutions focused approach
  • Working with Customer Success to close additional revenue through upselling and cross selling
  • Grow, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Taking the lead on continuous improvement strategies for training, revenue generation and maximising efficiency within the team

 

Qualifications

 

Must Haves / Requirements:

It is essential that you have experience/demonstrable skills in:

  • Complex Enterprise sales cycles 
  • Experience working in an autonomous and driven environment
  • Proven track record of achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Being data driven and results orientated
  • Experience in scaling a fast growing sales function and redesigning sales processes 
  • Deep understanding of industry known sales frameworks, methodologies, and processes

Salary: 

Base Salary Range:$74,500 - $85,000
Total OTE $148,000 - $165,500 (estimated - uncapped commission)
