As a Senior Designer you will help drive the design process end-to-end. You will investigate and define open-ended, and often ambiguous problems, using data analysis, user research and a wealth of experience to influence and lead the team towards the best solutions for our users and clients.

You will contribute directly to strategic decisions and advocate for design best practices across the team.

You are detail-oriented but also able to understand the bigger picture. This means you understand the technical aspects of the design process, but also consider the commercial implications of design decisions and work collaboratively with other teams and departments to provide holistic solutions. 

This will allow you to understand our user’s needs, tasks, and goals and translate them into creative and functional experiences.

• Strong overall knowledge of UX design, tools and processes (we use Figma, Adobe XD and more).
   
• Experience defining user problems and creating solutions based on research and data.
   
• The ability to collaborate proactively in a design team, and also build effective relationships with other stakeholders to constantly improve our product design.
