Job Description

Location: London
Department: IT Support 

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in supporting the Internal IT team to assist the end users. This is an exciting role where you can bring in new ideas to our spaces and will be helping with existing initiatives.

The role offers a wide range of new technical applications, plenty of opportunities to learn, and a unique technological aspect which puts automation first for fixing any problems.

Your team: You will be working cross-functionally with our global teams across BlueOptima to support and improve endpoint experience. 

Qualifications

Responsibilities and tasks: 

  • Manage endpoints.
  • Manage Physical and Logical networks.
  • Support users with endpoint and Operating System issues.
  • Managing and purchasing IT assets and equipment when required.
  • Assist users in Third Party Application issues.
  • Manage AD and AD FS.
  • Manage server and endpoint hardwares.

 Must Haves / Requirements : 

  • Hands on experience in Networking (Physical and Logical Networking)
  • Hands on experience in Cluster and Infrastructure Management 
  • Ability to manage and maintain Infrastructure On Premise
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience with Active Directory and AD FS management
  • Well versed in generic system administration tasks (Linux and Windows)

Good to have (but not necessary):

  • Good knowledge of security related to on-premise infrastructure involving both, System and Network security
  • Experience with Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing software
  • Basic knowledge of G Suite.
  • Experience in PowerShell or any other scripting languages such as shell/bash/python. 
  • Kubernetes and Containerisation.
