Job Description

Whom are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly driven, organized, and ambitious individual to continue growing our Engineering team in Guadalajara. A proven track record in recruiting outstanding Software Engineering talent is a must. You will lead the Mexico Talent Acquisition team to proactively and pragmatically develop, implement and drive the talent acquisition strategies and besides your hands-on end-to-end technical recruiting, you will work as a talent advisor and crucial key partner to the technical business leaders and hiring managers, engage, and hire the best talent. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead all types including senior-level full-cycle recruiting processes from initial outreach to offer

  • Build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, driving talent attraction

  • Champion and obsess over an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience, striving for timely and impactful communications

  • Maintain data integrity, proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders and utilizing insights to improve recruiting efficiency and influence hiring decisions

  • Lead, train and grow your team of 2 technical recruiters on best practices and techniques that will drive efficiency and help us hire the best talent that is out there

  • Working closely with other TA Leads across the globe and Global Talent and Operations Manager on advance projects in the area of Recruiting Strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Sciences or Equivalent experience in industry

  • 3+ years of individual experience in the field of (inhouse) recruitment, for a wide range of software engineering roles, including senior roles.

  • Experience in managing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists

  • A high motivation to find top talents in an efficient way through identifying recruitment priorities

  • Confidence and expertise in researching, sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates

  • Strong ability to understand technical concepts and assess candidates against it.

  • Data driven approach and the ability to draw correct conclusions for recruitment  based on data

  • Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner

  • Experience in fast growing SaaS businesses is ideal.
