Job Description

We are currently seeking to build our team by adding a Human Resources Advisor. The Human Resources Advisor plays a key role in the Company’s mission to shape amazing workplaces by providing best-in-class services and subject matter expertise to clients and their employees. The successful Human Resources Advisor will be passionate about employee and organizational development.

The successful candidate will:

  • Communicate fluently in Human Resources. (HR Geeks welcome.)
  • Act as subject matter expert on all Human Resources legislation and best practices.
  • Demonstrate confidence in public speaking, consulting, and advising clients.
  • Attend networking groups representing the Company to build brand awareness for potential clients.
  • Address employee relations and Human Resources inquiries related to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, researching and exploring more complex matters.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required, as are four years of Human Resources experience in a professional setting. If this is you, please apply now!
