We are recruiting a Site Manager to oversee sub-contractors and self-delivery work on sites, focused mostly commercial and residential sectors in Brighton area.

It is a on going project, consist of groundworks, RC Frame etc. Estimated completion of project is 9-12 months.

Responsibilities include;

• Managing self-delivery work
• Managing sub- contractors.
• Ensuring on site team have what they need and are performing to high standards
• Reporting daily to Contracts Manager
• Representing the Company on high profile projects
• Conducting yourself in a presentable and friendly manner
• Absolute compliance with all Company Health and Safety policies

This is a freelance position.

Salary: Open for negotiation

About the candidate

The individual MUST;

• Have a minimum of 5 years site manger experience in complete project (From start to end)
• Have valid SSSTS & First Aid certificates
• Have a valid CSCS card
• Have good personal skills
• Have excellent communicative manner
• Be a great team player
• An understanding of site H&S requirements

The individual would ideally (not essential);

Have a degree in Civil Engineering
