Do you want to work for a leading company in the payment industry? Our client , a multinational company expanding its operations in San Salvador is looking for a Senior Accountant.

What you´ll do:
Responsible for high transaction volume balance sheet account reconciliations in a fast-paced changing environment while ensuring established controls are followed.
Responsible for period end journal entries including recurring revenue and expense entries, accruals, and ad hoc entries, as required.
Identify and implement process improvements for area of responsibility.
Create and improve standard operating procedures documentation and effectively cross train team members.
Engage with team members to perform root cause analysis, develop, and implement solutions.


 

Requirements:
90% English Level
BA/BS in Accounting required
Minimum 5+ years of related accounting experience.
Experience in account reconciliations and financial closing process (accrual set-up and execution, account reconciliation, etc.) and a solid understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and compliance
 

Salary 2500 USD
Monday to friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
