ShramIN is one of the venture of Blue Berry e- Services Pvt Ltd. ShramIN, a technology-based online platform for hiring Blue/Grey Collar workers. We at ShramIN help in the discovery and skill matching of candidates and reduce the time-consuming recruitment process for the business by using an intuitive algorithm and user-friendly features. We are hiring BDM to take over a mix of existing accounts ad new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listeners, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field from reputed institutes.

• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
• Extreme ownership and ability to achieve results independently
