For Meetic, one of their partners, they are looking for a highly motivated German customer care specialist to join their young and international team in Barcelona (Poblenou area). The Job.

You will be in charge of supporting and guiding Meetic members in their soulmate's search. Key aspects of the role include:

– Providing support to members in creating a profile to help them meet their special someone
– Navigating on the site and app and identifying bugs
– Answering questions about subscriptions, site changes and updates
– Updating on upcoming events
– Moderating contents
– Giving dating tips
– Ensuring quality and professional service  

The Profile.

– You are a native German speaker with good English
– Previous experience is desirable but not mandatory
– You have excellent communication skills, with a high level of writing and typing ability
– You have good soft skills, in particular patience, empathy, and understanding
– You are customer and quality-oriented
– You are a supportive team player, open-minded and always ready to help
– You are looking for a long-term and stable opportunity in Barcelona

The Offer.

– Salary: 20.050 euros/year + a performance and attendance bonus of more than 2000 euros
– A full-time job (39 hours/week), 3-month contract initially, followed by a one-year contract or indefinite
– Schedule: rotating shifts Monday to Sunday 09:00 – 18:00 (2 weekends/month) with 2 days off per week 
– Fully paid training
