For one of their partners, they are looking for a trilingual Team Leader to manage their young and international team in Barcelona (Poblenou area). This dynamic bunch of French, Spanish, Italians, Germans and Nordics professionals is the key point of contact between the client and the customers.

For one of their partners, they are looking for a trilingual Team Leader to manage their young and international team in Barcelona (Poblenou area). This dynamic bunch of French, Spanish, Italians, Germans and Nordics professionals is the key point of contact between the client and the customers.

The Job.

You will be in charge of managing a team of 60 customer service specialists, ensuring that they deliver top quality to the customers. 

Key aspects of the role include:

– Motivating and developing the skills within the Customer Service Representatives
– Ensuring the quality of service delivered to customers at every point of contact
– Measuring customer satisfaction and monitoring KPIs   
– Briefing the team and identifying corrective action requirements and training
– Managing the workload planning, compiling previsions and forecasts
– Identifying training needs and career development opportunities for your team  

The Profile.

– You speak French, English and Spanish fluently
– You have experience in a similar role, ideally in a call center environment 
– You have previous experience in workforce management, strategic planning and performance management
– You have strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills with a good knowledge of Excel   
– You are service, client and result-oriented with a  problem solver's attitude  
– You are a strong motivator and have the ability to develop the talents in your team 
– You are looking for a long-term and stable opportunity in Barcelona

The Offer.

– A full-time job, 3-month contract initially, followed by one-year contract or indefinite
– Schedule: the schedule goes from Monday to Saturday (rotating shifts)

Qualifications

– You speak French, English and Spanish fluently
