For ManoMano, one of their partners, they are looking for highly motivated German customer care specialists to join their young and international team in Barcelona (Poblenou area). This dynamic bunch of French, Spanish, Italians, Germans and Nordics professionals is the key point of contact between the client and the customers.

The Job.

You will be in charge of the customer relations with the ManoMano members by replying to their requests via email, chat and on the phone. Key aspects of the role include:
– Providing professional and friendly client support
– Responding to inquiries and finding suitable solutions to customers’ issues
– Ensuring quality and professional service
– Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

The Profile.

– You are a native German speaker and fluency in a second language would be a plus (English or Spanish)
– Previous experience is desirable but not mandatory
– You have excellent communication skills, with a high level of writing and typing ability
– You have good soft skills, in particular patience, empathy and understanding
– You are customer and quality oriented
– You are a real team player, open-minded and always ready to help
– You are looking for a long-term and stable opportunity in Barcelona

Additional Information

The Offer.

– Salary: 2.000 Euros gross/month
– A full-time job (39 hours/week), 3-month contract initially, followed by one-year contract or indefinite
– Schedule: Monday to Friday rotation: 9 am – 6 pm or 11am – 8pm / Saturday shifts: 9am – 5pm (2 Saturdays per month)
