We are seeking a Talent Acquisition (Recruiter) with federal recruiting experience to support a federal client.  If you meet the minimum qualifications - then we want YOU! 

Job Description

This position provides comprehensive personnel processing services. The position will provide support in the area of staffing and recruitment. This includes advising managers on recruitment and staffing strategies, posting job announcements, conducting qualification analysis, preparing personnel actions, etc.

Qualifications

Five to seven years of experience. Knowledge of an experience with Veterans Preference, Category Rating and Competitive Examining, Temporary and Term Appointment, Direct authority and its role in the recruitment process, Management of Positions (FTE), Excepted appointment, Selective Placement Factor, Merit promotion vs. delegated examining procedures, Pathways Program and Superior Qualification.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE RECRUITING IN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR FEDERAL (NO Contractor) POSITIONS.
